Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 1 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the booking start time. Bookings are valid only for the selected time slot. Overstaying beyond your reserved time may result in additional charges or towing, as per our terms. Modifications to your booking (e.g., time or date changes) can be made up to 1 hour before the original booking time, subject to availability. Customers must follow all on-site rules and staff instructions. Any abusive behavior, unsafe driving, or violation of terms may result in denied access without refund.
